I created Unprude Play to bring together science, sexology, and everyday practicality—so sexual wellness can finally feel normal for all of us.

As a psychologist and clinical sexologist, I’ve seen how often people feel unsure, awkward, or ashamed when it comes to caring for their sexual selves. A lot of what’s out there makes sex feel like a performance—not something you can approach on your own terms, as part of everyday life.

Unprude Play is my response to that.

These products are science-backed, therapy-informed, and made to fit into your daily routine—like skincare, makeup, or vitamins.

I didn’t want big declarations. I didn’t want the pressure to be “more sexual,” “less vanilla,” or to look a certain editorial way. I just wanted simple, well-made tools that support comfort, connection, and care—whatever that looks like for you. Whatever makes it feel normal.
